A Little History About Stew Keene

I have been involved in Real Estate in 4 different states, Oregon, Washington, Texas and now finally Phoenix, Arizona. It's been a 25 year journey and has brought many different types of experiences as each state is different when it comes to buying and selling real estate.

Arizona has seen it's share of up and down real estate activity, some high, some low, but always active. Why is Phoenix Real Estate still selling actively? Because we have great weather in Phoenix, a dry climate, no hurricanes or catastrophic floods and lots of activities of different kinds and interests. Oh, and one more thing Phoenix doesn't have much RAIN! I know it sounds weird, but I moved from Oregon which is the rain capitol of the world! After 90 days of overcast skies with no sunshine we left the rainy state for Texas, lived there for 3 years in Austin, then moved here to Scottsdale, AZ.

Since my arrival here in Arizona I have never looked back. It's my last place to live now and has been for nearly 10 happy years.

I am also actively involved in Social Media such as Facebook & Twitter which is another area I use to help market properties and connect with people. I have been an active blogger both for real Estate and for Business on several different sites like Trulia, Zillow and more.
